Here is exactly what happens when someone orders from you on IndieMenu: what your customer sees, what you see, and how the money reaches you. No marketplace in the middle.
Your customer lands on your own ordering page from a link, QR code, your Google profile or your Instagram bio. No app to download, no marketplace to scroll past, just your name and your food. They add what they fancy and the basket builds as they go.

They choose delivery or collection, pop in their details, and pay by card. It takes a minute. If they have an account their address and details are already saved, so the next order is even quicker.

The moment they pay, the order appears on your dashboard and your phone or browser alerts you. Everything you need is on one card: the items, the address, the total, and the time it came in. No phone ringing off the hook, no orders lost on a notepad.

One tap to accept, then set how long it will take. Your customer is told straight away. Too busy? Reject it and the card is never charged. You stay in control of every order.

Your customer watches their order move from received to accepted to on its way, with your estimated time front and centre. Fewer "where's my food?" calls, and a tidy order history waiting for them when they come back.

Your customer pays straight into your own Stripe account. We never hold your money and there is no weekly invoice cycle. Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard daily schedule, so you are not waiting on anyone to release your takings.
