Payments are processed by Stripe and deposited directly into your bank account. IndieMenu never touches your money. The customer pays your Stripe account, not a marketplace's, so funds settle to your bank on Stripe's standard daily payout schedule. No waiting a week for a marketplace to send you what's already yours.
IndieMenu's only fee is the monthly subscription. We take no commission on your orders. Payments are processed by Stripe, who charge their standard card processing fee (typically around 1.5% + 25p per transaction in the UK). That's it. No hidden charges from us.
Site is a menu website. You get your own page and web address, full menu management, photos, dietary and allergen labelling, and opening hours, all editable any time so your menu is never out of date. It's £15 a month. Shop is everything in Site plus online ordering: checkout, Stripe payments straight to your account, a live order dashboard, customer accounts, and delivery or click & collect.
